The program won't start and crashes with an error

Question

Clicked on the icon but the program never opened, received the "Please tell Microsoft about this problem."

and filename of dump is:  C:\DOCUME~1\Temp\8036_appcompat.txt

This is the software protection problem. Try to add our software to the DEP exclusion list: My Computer - Properties - Additional - Performance - DEP
