 Remote support and assistance

AGG Software Remote Support is used to assist our customers by remotely accessing their system, analyzing the reported issue and resolving it immediately. Remote support and assistance are intended primarily for our corporate customers who need help in configuring our software.

This service is safe, secure, efficient and firewall friendly requiring no port mapping or need to modify the network infrastructure. The service is 100% client permission based. As long as you have a working connection to the Internet, AGG Software can provide on-site support, in real-time.

The Pre-requisites for AGG Software Remote Support are:

  • Customer must have the latest version of our software installed on his computer.
  • Customer must have an internet connection.
  • Customer must schedule a remote support session with our support department.

We primarily use for Remote Support:

  • Windows Remote Desktop.
  • Our remote support tool based on UltraVNC.
  • TeamViewer.
