 Service wont start

Question

I've tried to check the "Use program as service", the service exists but it cannot start. The message is: "The Advanced PBX Data Logger service service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs." How can I start it?


Answer


1. Please, try start the program with elevated administrator privileges (Right-click over the program icon and select "Run as administrator") and verify that the settings are correct and the "Help-About" window shows information about your order number (top right corner)?

2 Before starting the service close all instances of Advanced PBX Data Logger in all sessions.
