Restore lost activation code or license key

Problem

You have lost or forgotten the client details you need to activate your product or renew your subscription (activation code or license key).

Solution

We have prepared this page so you no longer need to create a help request and wait for our support specialist to send you the code.

You can recover this data through the Password Reminder by following the steps below:

1. Go to the Password Reminder.
2. Enter the email address you provided to AGG Software or our official reseller when you placed your order and click Submit.
   
   If there are several users with the same email address, you will receive all keys in one email.
   
   NOTE: If you can´t remember the email address with which you purchased our software, you can get in touch with our support team.
   
   
3. Once you have sent the request you will automatically receive, at this same email address, your activation code or registration key.
