How to send email after timout in Data Logger?

Hello, we have installed the "Data timeout" plugin in the PBX Data Logger. We have created an event called TIMEOUT1, as shown in the documentation. Our settings are:

Parser variable = DATA_PACKET
Timeout = 10 Minute
Event = TIMEOUT1
Don’t generate events if no data was received = Unchecked
Generate events only once for each timeout = Unchecked

Now, how do we use this event to send email in the Events Handling plugin?
