We are using the Printer Monitor software to monitor our network printers, and it works fine. But it is still unclear for us how are the printed pages counted as when we print 1 page the data in the database is 0 for page count but 1 for total pages. Is there a limit for what is 1 page printed, and what is 0 page printed?
Our software receives notifications from a printer. At the end of the print job, the printer should return the "PRINTED" flag and the number of printed pages. For an unknown reason, some printer drivers don't report this information. Therefore, we've added the following options to the logger to resolve this problem.
If you are using the "Remote Client", then you should configure these options on each remote computer or activate the following option:
