Program does not recognize modules

Problem

The program does not recognize modules. I've installed several times with no success.

Solution

Possible reasons:

1. You've purchased the Lite or Standard version. These versions don't support plugins.
2. You are using different versions of the main program and plugins. In this case, the program will display a warning message in the combo box in the main window.
