Can I buy your product on a CD?

In spite of the fact we distribute our software via Internet and deliver it electronically, you sure have an option to order a Backup CD. (Although not from your local CD store yet;) When ordering our product online, you are also offered an option to include a Backup CD to your cart. By default the Backup CD is not included, so you should check the corresponding box if you want a CD. If you don't see the option to add a Backup CD to your cart (it should be item #3 in your cart), then there is no CD available for this product.

The price of a Backup CD will be added to the cost of the license. If you include a Backup CD into your order, our online reseller will burn the latest installation file from our website, together with your order ID and registration info to a Backup CD. The CD will be made especially for you, will contain your license info and will be unique so far.

A Backup CD is delivered to the address which you enter as a physical address in "User details" field on the purchase form. If you placed an order and entered the wrong address than you want to CD to be sent to, you should contact our billing operator (Element 5, Plimus or RegNow) and inform them the new address. You have to do this promptly enough before they send out the CD. As a rule, you get a Backup CD by snail mail in an envelope within a several days from order date. The delivery time can differ depending on your location and the service of the post office is your area.

When you get a Backup CD, launch the installer and enter the registration name and code from the CD into the software to get it unlocked. It is actually the same way with that you should follow when you get the software by email. The advantage of a CD is that you always have it even if your PC needed to be changed or Windows to be reinstalled. You are sure that the version and the license of the software match. And it is especially important after we release a new major version and change keys.

IMPORTANT: you get the software by email in any case. So, a Backup CD can be removed from your cart if you don't want to pay additional fee for it and you will anyway receive the full product and everything that is needed to register. If you need an application urgently, you shouldn't wait for the CD to install, but use the download link and reg key from the email.
