Com Port can't be opened. Port already opened?

I have installed your logger on a machine attached physically to a serial device. However, when I try to create a device, I receive an error that my port cannot be opened.



Is there a way to configure this software to simply read and log data received on an open port? I mean, of course it’s open. Something is attached to it and sending data. Isn’t that the point of logging it? Can you help me with what I’m missing here?

You should activate the spy mode. But in that case, our software should be launched before the program that uses this port.
