 Service wont start


I've tried to check the "Use program as service", the service exists but it cannot start. The message is: "The Advanced PBX Data Logger service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs." How can I start it?


1. Please try to start the program with elevated administrator privileges (Right-click over the program icon and select "Run as administrator") and verify that the settings are correct and the "Help-About" window shows information about your order number (top right corner)?

2 Before starting the service close all instances of Advanced PBX Data Logger in all sessions.
