Problem
When I first installed the product on my support PC, I was able to configure ports etc., & all communications worked fine.
Now I have a situation where when I run the program, I simply get it shown on the task bar. No window opens up and there is no way to get into it to check port numbers.
If I click on it in the taskbar, it simply loads another minimized copy of itself.
Solution
It appears that the program outside the screen bounds. Please, try to remove the window position (Left, Top, Width, Height) in the Windows registry:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\AGG Software\[Program name]
or here
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\AGG Software\[Program name]
